I work primarily with women in substance use recovery who are ready to understand what’s actually driving the use.

Most of the women I see turned to substances because something wasn’t working. They didn’t trust themselves. They couldn’t quite figure out how to adjust when things changed. Overwhelm became the constant. Substances quieted the noise for a while. Now they’re tired of managing it that way and ready to figure out what’s actually underneath.

My role is to help you see your situation from a completely different perspective so the patterns become clear.

My clinical work focuses on substance use disorders, trauma, anxiety, and the cognitive patterns that keep people stuck. I understand how the beliefs you’ve internalized about yourself feed the cycle. I know how exhausting it is to live in constant overwhelm. I also know that lasting change happens when you see yourself and your situation differently.

I bring authentic interest and directness into the room. You won’t get endless validation or clichés. You’ll get real conversation and real work.

My style is collaborative and honest.

I help you:

Recognize and challenge the beliefs keeping you stuck
See your situation from a different angle
Build healthier coping strategies
Move from overwhelm to clarity and insight

We do this work together. You’re in charge of your pace. My role is to help you see what you’re not seeing yet and move toward real change.
